Email support@l2ita.com. Include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, Releviqa version and build number, what you were trying to do, and the exact message you saw.

Please do not send private photos, screenshots containing sensitive information, exported backups, or diagnostic files unless support specifically asks for the minimum item needed to investigate. Redact personal details whenever possible.

Photos access

Releviqa works with the library access you grant through iOS. If you selected limited access, only those photos are available. You can add more photos or change access later in iOS Settings. Some iCloud-only photos need an internet connection before on-device analysis can begin.

Search and analysis

Search results become available after Releviqa has processed eligible photos on your device. Processing can pause during low-power mode, thermal pressure, interrupted Photos access, or while an iCloud item is unavailable. Your photos remain in the Photos library.

Free with full features

Since version 1.0.1, all Releviqa features are free, including full-library analysis, all Nearby matches, screenshot review, and matching-file checks. Choose the photos you want to analyze and grant the Photos access needed for your task.

Releviqa supports iOS 18 and iPadOS 18 or later. Apple Vision provides on-device text recognition and visual analysis on these versions. Optional Apple Intelligence features require a supported device and newer operating system.

Saved work and backups

Notes, saved text, intentions, collections, and the search index are stored locally. Releviqa does not provide automatic cloud synchronization. If backup export is available in your build, keep the exported file in a location you control before moving to a new device or deleting the app.
